At completion of the works, we will provide certification of compliant as-constructed/as-built survey plans supplied by the project surveyor and QA documentation from the civil contractor for final certification.

Stormwater Quality Improvement Device (SQID) Testing and Certification
Our expert civil engineers can inspect and perform the necessary testing on Stormwater Quality Improvement Devices (SQIDs) such as bio-retention basins and constructed wetlands. We have the in-house equipment and skills to carry out permeability testing of filter media and in-situ soils to ensure that SQID systems are operating in compliance with their design. Our equipment is compliant with the Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1547:2012) and our engineers are qualified to provide the necessary certification (RPEQ or NER).

We can provide certification of complying systems or advise upon any remediation design of non-functioning systems to ensure that water quality objectives are being met, no matter what the status of the SQID.
This service is often mandated routinely by Local Council’s for privately owned and operated SQIDs, or required to comply with Body Corporate rules.
