OUR SERVICES
We prepare engineering reports that address the important issues required to be assessed in accordance with Council’s expectations. From single dwelling renovations that trigger Council approval and rural projects that are affected by planning overlays, to commercial developments and large master planned subdivisions that require these reports.
Civil engineering design drawings will be prepared to a suitable standard for Operation Works (OPW) or Construction Certificate (CC) applications and subsequent construction. Our service will require liaison and co-ordination with the project team and provision to supply our base plans, in AutoCAD, for the use of other contractors. We also provide a tender design service and can assist with finding suitable and reliable contractors
We will attend site as required to conduct compliance inspections and provide ongoing engineering support. At completion of the works, we will provide certification of compliant as-constructed/as-built survey plans supplied by the project surveyor and QA documentation from the civil contractor for final certification.
To assist with determination of site acquisition we can complete due diligence and advisory to understand the opportunities and constraints of a site from a civil perspective.

Development Application Phase
We prepare engineering reports for the development application phase of small and large scale subdivisions, apartments/townhouses and commercial/industrial projects. From single dwelling renovations that trigger Council approval and rural projects that are affected by planning overlays, to commercial developments and large master planned subdivision that require these reports.

Water and Sewer Infrastructure Connection
We plan and coordinate connection design, water and sewer demand and demand loading calculations, as well as staging and schematic design. We also coordinate with local councils to ensure approval.

Operational Works
We are highly skilled and experienced in operational works, including earthworks design, sediment and erosion control design, roadworks design, stormwater drainage design, sewer and water reticulation design.

Stormwater Management Studies
We are experts at modelling water quality and the design of water quality treatment systems using MUISC software. We can design vegetated systems such as bio-retention or optimally specify proprietary products.
We also use a variety of hydrologic and hydraulic software programs such as DRAINS, WBNM, HECRAS, etc. to simulate water runoff and design systems for the conveyance and detention of stormwater.

Flood Planning and Assessment
We perform assessments of Council flood levels and recommendations for the design of new earthworks and buildings within flood affected areas.
We are adept in flood storage calculations, using detailed survey and earthworks modelling for optimised site levels and building designs.
We offer flood emergency management planning, including evacuation plans and shelter in place strategies.
